Home Sales-West Pasco-New Port Richey-Trinity-February 2010

New Port Richey, Trinity, Port Richey, Hudson, Holiday-Home Sales show a slight increase during February but still only 5.6% of the homes on the market sold. Again, that means 94.4% didn't sell. (We had several that did sell). The slight increase is probably due to the Tax Credit deadline of April 30. To see info on tax credit: click here. Lenders have continued to unload foreclosures onto the market which increases the active numbers: some new actives are, of course, previous expireds.
